NPCC Directories are being developed to demonstrate that NPCC regional criteria and standards are consistent with NERC reliability standards. Directory Workplan

The Directories are arranged by NPCC criteria topic and provide a consistent and comprehensive set of reliability requirements for the Northeast, while consolidating related information for NPCC criteria, guidelines, procedures and regional standards into one document. Additionally, appropriate functional model language is also reviewed and introduced into the Directory during the translation process. Directory Flowchart

NPCC Directories also provide an opportunity to assess the need to develop Regional Standards beyond those specified as part of the current NERC or NPCC standards work plans.

Finally, upon completion of each Directory the associated A,B, and C documents will be retired and archived as required. Directory Mapping
