In accordance with the NPCC Directory Development and Revision Manual any NPCC Full Member may request a clarification of the criteria within a Directory.
The NPCC Full Member seeking a clarification shall submit a Request for Criteria Clarification form located in Appendix B of the Directory Development and Revision Manual to the NPCC Manager of Reliability Criteria explaining the clarification required and the specific circumstances surrounding the request.
The Request for Criteria Clarification shall be forwarded to the Lead Task Force of the Directory which contains the subject criteria for Task Force consideration and review.
The response to a Request for Criteria Clarification shall provide the requested explanation without expanding the criteria and should be sufficiently concise to eliminate ambiguity.
The detailed results of the Request for Criteria Clarification shall be archived by NPCC and posted on the NPCC website.
