NPCC conducts compliance monitoring and enforcement activities in accordance with the MOU between the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO), NERC, and NPCC.
Other relevant governing documents include the Ontario Electricity Act, the Market Rules of the Ontario Electricity Market, and the MOU between the Ontario Energy Board and NERC.
