RSC Co-Vice Chair Approved Announcement

NPCC is pleased to announce that on March 25, 2015, Mr. Si Truc Phan from Hydro Quebec (HQ) and Mr. Bruce Metruck from New York Power Authority (NYPA) received final approval as Co-Vice Chairs for the Regional Standards Committee (RSC) by the NPCC Board of Directors. They each will serve a two year term expiring in 2017.   Congratulations to Si Truc and Bruce.
